A leading global BPO player is expanding its German-speaking team in Lisbon to support a major cloud-based development platform. This platform empowers millions of users worldwide—including businesses, bloggers, and creatives—to create, manage, and grow their online presence. This role is ideal for those passionate about web design and digital marketing who want to work for a globally recognized brand.

Your Role

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional service via chat, email, and phone.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve user issues with the web development platform, offering technical guidance and creative solutions.
• Education: Teach users about new features to help them maximize the potential of their websites.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with product and development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical bugs.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest platform features and digital trends.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and relay user feedback to help improve the platforms overall user experience.

Your Qualifications

• Languages: C1 level proficiency in German and good English skills (B2).
• Expertise: Enthusiasm for and knowledge of digital marketing and/or web design is required.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service (mandatory) with a stable job history.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and patience when assisting users.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with website builders or Content Management Systems (CMS) is a significant plus.
• Mindset: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Location: Must be based in Lisbon or willing to relocate.
