German-Speaking Client Support Advisor (Meal Card Services) – Braga, Portugal

Introduction

A leading global customer experience provider is recruiting German-speaking Client Support Advisors for a project in the consumer benefits and incentives sector. Based in the historic city of Braga, you will support users of a prominent meal card solution, ensuring they maximize their benefits through professional and solution-oriented guidance.

Your Role

  • Customer Guidance: Serve as a professional point of contact, guiding customers through their inquiries with clear and accurate communication.
  • Communication Channels: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to savings objectives and benefit solutions.
  • Consultative Upselling: Identify customer needs and promote alternative contract options using consultative techniques.
  • Information Management: Utilize internal tools and processes to provide complete and correct information to users.
  • Service Quality: Ensure a positive experience for every customer by maintaining a warm, helpful, and professional attitude.
  • Compliance: Strictly follow internal procedures and compliance standards to ensure data security and service consistency.

Your Qualifications

  • Languages: Fluent proficiency in German (both spoken and written).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or customer support is considered an advantage.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Mindset: Customer-focused with a friendly attitude and a willingness to work with targets and upselling opportunities.
  • Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate internal software systems.
  • Attributes: Reliable, organized, and capable of performing well in a structured work environment.

The Offer

  • Location: On-site in Braga, Portugal, with a hybrid work option potentially available based on performance.
  • Schedule: Full-time role, weekdays only (Monday to Friday).
  • Hours: Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, ensuring weekends off.
