Job Description

As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with online legal processes and regulations. Youll monitor digital content, respond to legal requests, and help protect both the company and its users by ensuring all online operations meet compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate digital content across platforms to ensure compliance with legal guidelines.

• Process and respond to legal requests (e.g., privacy claims, defamation, fraud, falsification).

• Identify and escalate potential legal risks to relevant teams.

• Implement compliance strategies to support business objectives.

• Ensure accuracy, fairness, and integrity in all moderation activities.

Requirements

• German language: C1 minimum (high B2 may be accepted).

• English language: B2 minimum.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-sufficient and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues (connectivity, systems, devices).

• EU Citizenship (mandatory).

• No prior work experience requiredfull training provided!

Assets (Nice-to-Have)

• Previous experience in content moderation, compliance, or digital services.

• Background in customer service or online support.

• Familiarity with legal processes related to digital platforms.
