A major worldwide outsourcing customer service company is hiring German-speaking Content Moderators for their team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will support a leading Chinese internet technology company by moderating video content for a popular social media network.

Your Role

• Video Moderation: Review and moderate videos from a social media platform to ensure they comply with community standards.
• Decision Making: Follow strict company guidelines to approve, deny, or flag content for further review.
• Efficiency: Act quickly and decisively while maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Brand Representation: Represent the brand professionally and maintain a high standard of moderation quality.
• Collaboration: Work as a team player within a multicultural, growing team.

Your Qualifications

• Language Skills: C1 level German and B2 level English.
• Residency: Based in Porto or willing to relocate to the city.
• Experience: Previous experience in Content Moderation or the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) industry is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills:
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and high resistance to stress.
  • Comfort with task repetition and a high level of attention to detail.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts (07:00 – 16:00 or 14:00 – 23:00).
