German-Speaking Content Reviewer Legal Operations Analyst

I am looking for a detail-oriented German speaker to join an international and fast-growing team in Lisbon. In this role, you will contribute to Legal Operations by reviewing and processing legal content in a structured back-office environment.

Location: Anjos, Lisbon (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 09:00–18:00 | Weekends off
German Level Required: B2+ / C1 / C2

Mandatory Requirement:
EU citizenship OR valid work permit / residence in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities

• Review legal content, including fraud and copyright claims
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
• Work in a back-office environment (non-customer-facing role)
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: €15,260/year
• Signing Bonus
• Relocation Bonus: €2,500 gross (from abroad) / €1,500 (within Portugal)
• German Language Bonus: €3,240/year
• Transportation Bonus: €720/year
• Performance Bonus: 5% of base salary
• Meal Allowance: €7.63/day (net)
• Health & Life Insurance included
• Fixed-term contract: 2-month training + 1-year contract (30-day probation period)
