German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Airline Industry

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a leading international airline company in Lisbon. In this role, you will support airline customers across multiple channels, ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer-focused experience throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat regarding:

  • Flight bookings

  • Schedule changes

  • Cancellations and refunds

• Provide accurate information on airline policies, terms, and conditions

• Handle customer concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency

• Ensure compliance with legal and operational airline procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases

• Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system

• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while representing a premium airline brand

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday, including Portuguese bank holidays

• 08:00 – 17:00 (Portuguese time)

• Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (paid over 14 months)

• Performance Bonus: €75 per year

• Complexity Bonus: €150 per year

• Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day (net)

• Transport Allowance: €20 per month

• Performance Bonus: up to €900 gross/year
