About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates should possess either experience or knowledge about digital marketing and/or webdesign, and be enthusiastic about it (mandatory).

What Youll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Utilize your knowledge of digital marketing and/or web design to assist customers effectively.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.

What Youll Need:

• Fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Good English communication skills.
• Either experience or knowledge about digital marketing and/or webdesign, and be enthusiastic about it.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A valid EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Visa (under consultation).

What We Offer:

• Contract Type: CDD (fixed-term contract) - 6 months
• Salary: 1100 per 14 months
• Meal Allowance: Mean allowance of 7.23 per day
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month
• Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly payment required, free after 6 months)
• Welcome Bonus: 3000
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 06:00 to 22:00 (Rotative shifts). Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Transportation Assistance: Well pay for Uber up to 25.00 so candidates can commute and start at 06:00

Relocation Assistance (Lisbon Only):

• Airfare Reimbursement: Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of the contract - up to 400 in Economy class
• Shared Accommodation: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280 with all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip). Available for candidates relocating from outside of Portugal.
