German-Speaking Customer Support & Operations Specialist

We are currently hiring German-speaking professionals for multiple international projects based on-site in Lisbon, Portugal. These roles cover customer support, business support, sales-oriented assistance, digital environments, and fraud prevention, depending on your background and experience.

As part of an international and multicultural team, you will support German-speaking customers or business clients, handle service-related inquiries, analyze cases, and ensure high-quality service delivery in line with defined procedures. Some projects focus on general customer support, while others are more business-driven, sales-oriented, or specialized in e-commerce fraud and risk prevention.
