• Be the first point of contact for customers
• Support by phone, chat or email
• Solve issues with patience, kindness and a smile

👩‍💻 What you bring

• Excellent German skills, ideally native or C2
• Good level of English
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• A people first mindset and great communication skills
