German-Speaking Digital Services Specialist – Automotive Industry (Work From Home, Braga Region)

This is a Work From Home (WFH) position open to candidates residing in the Braga region for occasional hybrid touchpoints. Please note that no relocation support or company accommodation is provided for this role.

The Role

• Digital Support: Assist German-speaking drivers with the setup, activation, and troubleshooting of in-car digital services (e.g., infotainment systems, mobile app connectivity, remote features, and GPS navigation).
• Subscription Management: Guide customers through account creation, software updates, and digital service renewals or subscriptions.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose connectivity issues between vehicles and mobile devices, providing clear, step-by-step solutions with patience and clarity.
• Data Documentation: Maintain precise records of technical queries and resolutions within our internal CRM system to assist development teams.

Working Model & Location

• Location: Remote / Work From Home based in the Braga area (candidates should be located within commuting distance for occasional team meetings or training updates).
• Equipment: A complete high-tech home office setup (computer, monitors, headset) will be fully provided by the company.
• Relocation: No relocation package or company accommodation is available. You must already have your own permanent housing in Portugal.

Requirements

• Native or Near-Native German: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• English Proficiency: B2 level or higher for training materials and internal system navigation.
• Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid, existing Work Permit for Portugal (with your NIF and NISS already established).
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: Comfortable troubleshooting mobile apps, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi configurations, and digital software.
• Home Workspace: A quiet, distraction-free area to work with a reliable, high-speed fiber internet connection.
