Right
now, we are looking for a Gestor de Projecto for a client on our Talent
Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead complex PRR
  projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality
  requirements.
  
• Manage on-site
  implementation activities, coordinating multiple partners and suppliers while
  serving as the primary interface with the customer.
  
• Oversee projects
  involving multiple technologies, both telecom and non-telecom, ensuring
  seamless integration across all workstreams.
  
• Evaluate the
  integration of sensors and field devices into dedicated and cross-functional
  software platforms.
  
• Assess data quality,
  reliability, and consistency across deployed solutions and systems.
  
• Ensure compliance with
  contractual requirements, technical specifications, and statements of work
  defined in tender documentation.
  
• Coordinate and manage
  multiple vendors, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project
  lifecycle.
  
• Prepare project
  documentation, including progress reports, construction records, acceptance
  certificates, and final delivery documentation.
  
• Identify, manage, and
  mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
  
• Drive problem
  resolution and remove delivery roadblocks to ensure project milestones and
  deadlines are met.
  
• Manage stakeholder
  communication, ensuring alignment between customers, suppliers, technical
  teams, and project sponsors.
  
• Support the successful
  delivery of projects within Public Administration environments and regulated
  frameworks
  

You must have:

• PMP (Project Management
  Professional) certification is mandatory.
  
• Proven experience managing
  large-scale, highly complex projects.
  
• Strong experience delivering
  projects involving multiple telecom and non-telecom technologies.
  
• Experience managing multiple
  suppliers and external partners simultaneously.
  
• Solid understanding of
  requirements management and compliance with tender specifications and
  contractual obligations.
  
• Experience overseeing field
  deployments, installations, and operational execution.
  
• Knowledge of sensor integration,
  data collection systems, and data quality assessment.
  
• Experience working with Public
  Administration or government-funded projects.
  
• Strong stakeholder management
  and communication skills.
  
• Excellent planning, execution,
  and project governance capabilities.
  
• Results-oriented mindset with a
  strong focus on delivery and customer satisfaction.
  

We value:

• Experience delivering projects
  funded under PRR or other public funding programs.
  
• Knowledge of IoT ecosystems,
  sensor platforms, and smart infrastructure solutions.
  
• Experience in Smart Cities,
  Digital Transformation, or Critical Infrastructure projects.
  
• Additional certifications in
  Agile, Program Management, or Service Management.
  
• Proven ability to lead
  multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
  
• Strong problem-solving and
  decision-making skills.
  
• A proactive, hands-on approach
  with the ability to make things happen and drive projects forward.
