Step into a key role where precision meets strategy. As a Documentation Analyst, you’ll ensure the accuracy of complex financial documentation across global markets, supporting trading desks and driving operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to expert for drafting, matching, and managing post-trade events across a wide range of products, from commodities to equities.

Location: Lisbon 

Main Responsibilities:    

• Draft and validate legal confirmations for Swaps, Options, Forwards, and hybrid strategies using ISDA standards.
• Review trade bookings and term sheets to ensure alignment before dispatching documentation.
• Handle post-trade notifications (exercises, restructures, terminations) and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as the escalation point for documentation queries and client requests.
• Monitor workflows and ensure regulatory timelines are met.
• Lead daily team meetings, analyze KPIs, and drive issue resolution.
• Support and train team members, coordinate operations in supervisor absence.
• Collaborate with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Front Office teams across global hubs.

Profile:

• Academic Background in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• +2 years of experience in Banking & Financial Operations or other relevant experience. 
• Fluent English and strong command of Microsoft Excel.
• Client focus & collaboration.

• Organization & knowledge sharing.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
