Descrição do Emprego - Graphic and Motion Designer

As a Graphic and Motion Designer, you will play a key role in bringing our brand storytelling to life through compelling visuals and motion graphics. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs across our digital platforms, as well as dynamic motion content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives.  Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you will help us shape the visual identity of our brand and clients. Graphic Design & Branding
  • Develop and execute creative assets for marketing materials, social media, website, packaging, and presentations.
  • Maintain and evolve Rovo’s visual identity across all design projects, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.

Motion Design & Video Production
  • Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for social media, advertising, and digital platforms.
  • Edit and enhance video footage, adding dynamic motion elements and effects.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop content strategies that incorporate animation and motion design.
  • Stay updated on the latest motion design trends and tools to enhance visual storytelling.

Creative Development & Collaboration
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh creative concepts for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product teams to bring ideas to life through design and motion.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve the desired creative vision.
  • Ensure that all creative assets are optimized for different platforms and audiences.
  • Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.


Must-Have
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both static graphic design and motion design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Illustrator and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Ability to create short-form animations and video content for digital platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and digital design trends.
  • Knowledge of social media best practices for motion and graphic content.
  • Experienced in photography and video post-production. 
  • Ability to assist during photography and video shoots - handling cameras, lights and other media equipment. 
  • Interest in fashion and textile industry branding.
