Contract: 6 months (renewable)
Languages: Greek (C2), English (B2)
Shifts: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotative)

• 3 Rotational Shifts: 07:00–16:00 / 14:00–23:00 / 22:30–07:30

Job Description:
Be a key part of a high-impact e-commerce project as a Greek Customer Support Representative in Lisbon! You'll assist users through inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues for buyers, sellers, customers, and content creators while making a real difference in their online experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and empathetic support through inbound and outbound calls
• Investigate and resolve reported issues efficiently and accurately
• Review cases within agreed turnaround times and maintain quality standards
• Escalate complex or urgent issues following company procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong moderation and verbal/written communication skills
• Empathetic, rational decision-making under pressure
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms
• Ability to handle high call volumes during peak seasons

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: €920 (14 months)
• Complexity bonus: €45 (11 months)
• Welcome Bonus: €1500
• Meal Allowance: €7.23/day (net)
• Transport Allowance: €20/month
• Health Insurance from Day 1 (upon NIF & NISS registration) – free after 6 months
