Group Mentoring 2026

Group Mentoring is addressed to ALUMNI (former participants and volunteers) and MENTEES (current participants) of PWN Lisbon Mentoring Program.

Group Mentoring’s goal is to provide ALUMNI and MENTEES an opportunity of development as well as a new networking forum, between Group Mentees.

It consists of a set of professional and personal development themes (e.g. leadership, networking, communication) that are developed by a Group Mentor with 4 to 10 Group Mentees over 1 to 5 online sessions, depending on the theme.

Applications are open until february 28th, 2026.

By the mid of March, final allocation of candidates by theme will be communicated by e-mail.

APPLICATION:

• Group Mentoring is addressed to ALUMNI (former participants and volunteers) and MENTEES (current participants) of PWN Mentoring Program. 

• An active PWN membership is also required. Please confirm here PWN membership conditions.

• Each candidate can apply up to 3 themes / activities accordingly to its preferences and availability but will be selected to participate in only 1.

ATTENDANCE:

Please validate that you fulfill the requirements indicated for each of the Groups, and that you are available on the dates of the sessions you choose. 

By applying you commit to attend all the sessions of the chosen theme. Bear in mind that if you apply for the programme and then do not participate, you are taking away someone else's place and frustrating the expectations of the volunteer Mentors who generously donate their time. Being part of a Community gives you access to a support network and also involves being accountable for how we are using each other's time.  

By confirming your participation, you commit to attend all the sessions. In case you miss more than one session, it will be charged a penalty fee of 20€ (twenty euros). This penalty aims solely to guarantee that selected participants are really interested and available.  

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Places are limited. Group Mentoring candidates’ selection will be based on the following:

• Added value that the activity will bring to the candidate, perceived by application responses.

• Compliance with specific requirements of the Group. Mentoring theme / activity (when requested).

• Level of involvement with PWN activities.

• Order of application submission.

The application is the first step in this process.
