At Batmaid, we’re on a mission to bring peace of mind into people’s homes and fairness into the cleaning industry. As Europe’s leading digital platform for home cleaning services, we connect thousands of households with trusted, insured cleaning professionals.

To support the growth of our business, we’re looking for a Lisbon-based Growth Marketing Manager to own our paid media engine and lifecycle strategy, working hand-in-hand with our Tech team to ensure seamless execution and data integrity. This key role is reporting directly to the CEO and has direct ownership of acquisition and retention performance.

Your Mission

Own our paid-media growth engine and the core Bloomreach lifecycle flows. You’ll set budgets, hit CAC/LTV targets, and make sure every data pipe and journey step is rock-solid.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lifecycle & CRM: Design and maintain the lifecycle strategy, including core Bloomreach email automations. Run quarterly data and segmentation QA with Tech, and validate ROI with the executive office.
  • Paid Acquisition: Define budgets and performance targets, brief and steer SEA agencies, and continuously optimize the channel mix across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to meet CAC, ROAS, and LTV objectives.
  • SEO & Organic Growth: Own the SEO roadmap by defining priority keywords and working closely with Product to align on tagging, UTMs, and on-page requirements.
  • Experimentation & Attribution: Lead the A/B testing pipeline and collaborate with Data to ensure dashboards, attribution, and incrementality models remain accurate and actionable.
  • Team Enablement & Alignment: Set weekly priorities for the associate, provide regular performance feedback, and share channel insights with the Content team to improve execution and impact.
  • Offline & OOH Performance: Develop and manage the out-of-home strategy with a clear ROI-driven approach.


Requirements
    • 5+ years hands-on performance marketing; 2+ years owning ≥ €1 m annual budget.
    • Proven experience with a marketing-automation platform (Bloomreach, Braze, Klaviyo, etc.).
    • Strong grasp of cohort LTV, ROAS modelling and incrementality testing.
    • Working SQL or BigQuery skills; expert in GA4 and ad-platform dashboards.
    • Fluent English language skills (Portuguese is a plus).
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp complex business models, operational logics, and strategic interdependencies
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands on, roll up your sleeves attitude, combining strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and ownership mindset
