Head Of People

Alongside partners with organizations to drive digital transformation and build high-performing tech teams.
We are looking for a highly autonomous and proactive Head Of People to join the team of a partner company. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support to employees, manage end-to-end HR processes, and contribute to HR strategy and initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals. This person will report directly to Portugal and the Netherlands, and this is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, especially within start-ups or product-focused companies.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR-related questions
• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle
• Support HR strategy and initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate closely with leadership and teams to foster a positive and inclusive culture
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, Portuguese labor law, and employee relations

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in HR
• Knowledge of Portuguese labor law and HR regulations
• Previous experience in start-ups or product companies
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and hands-on
• Fluent in English (mandatory)
