Health Manager M/F

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM
Base Monthly Salary: 1100 EUR gross per month (14 months)
Performance Bonus: 4% of annual base salary

Job Description:

As a Health Manager within our team in Lisbon, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting our policyholders and healthcare professionals. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring high-quality service across various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and support policyholders via phone, email, or mail, handling the settlement of their benefits.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality responses and contributing to performance metrics.
• Inform and advise clients on their insurance coverage, record and manage contracts, and handle premium payments.
• Process reimbursements, provide quotes, and manage contract and administrative changes.
• Respond to inquiries from policyholders and healthcare professionals, providing accurate information and effective solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +2), with or without experience in insurance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Customer service-oriented with active listening skills and ability to handle diverse situations.
• Rigorous, organized, and responsive in daily task management.
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in French and English is required.
