Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Service Representative – Outbound to support a customer outreach project in the energy sector.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Calling current and prospective customers
• Introducing electricity and gas service packages
• Communicating product benefits in a clear and engaging way
• Supporting the commercial process through customer conversations
