Right now, we are looking for a Helpdesk for a client on our
Talent Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT
  systems;
  
• Provide technical support to end
  users, both on-site and remotely;
  
• Set up and configure computers and
  other IT equipment;
  
• Manage and maintain Active Directory
  user accounts and access permissions;
  
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and
  system-related issues;
  
• Ensure
  the proper functioning of IT equipment and systems.
  

You must have:

• Previous professional experience in
  IT Support, Helpdesk, or a similar role;
  
• Experience with system installation
  and configuration;
  
• Strong knowledge of computer setup
  and configuration;
  
• Experience providing technical
  support to end users;
  
• Knowledge and hands-on experience
  with Active Directory;
  
• Good troubleshooting and
  problem-solving skills;
  
• Good communication skills and a
  user-oriented approach.
