Descrição do Emprego - Helpdesk Technician

  • Diagnosing and/or resolving anomalies related to various technological bases, particularly computer systems (software and hardware) reported by local users
  • Assisting users in the use of computer equipment (printers, video conferencing rooms)
  • Collaborating in the implementation of technological projects and new equipment
  • Supervising equipment and technologies to maintain process control standards, security, and product quality
  • Communicating with various stakeholders of diverse profiles (Management, Directors, Business, Engineering, etc.)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT field
  • Over 3 years of experience in Field Support (first -line user support on -site)
  • Experience in diagnosing and/or resolving anomalies related to various technological bases, including computer systems (software and hardware) reported by local users
  • Customer Support experience
  • Ability to understand various systems and equipment, their functionalities, and how they fit into an ecosystem
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive in proposing solutions to problems
  • Proactive in suggesting improvements to platforms and/or tools to enhance day -to -day work
  • Ability to adapt communication to various stakeholders encountered in daily interactions (Management, Directors, Business, Engineering, etc.)
  • Availability to participate in on -call prevention activities
