What You'll Be Doing

You'll review and moderate content on popular social media platforms, making sure everything follows community guidelines. You'll:

• Analyze and act on flagged content (text, images, video)

• Escalate complex cases when needed

• Apply guidelines fairly across different types of content

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

️ What You Need

• Fluent in Italian (C1) and confident in English (B2)

• Strong understanding of social media and digital trends

• Experience in moderation or e-commerce is a plus

• Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts

• A rational, calm approach and attention to detail

• Eligibility to work legally in Portugal
