Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?  Your mission will be… Execution of tasks related to Human Resources Administration for Siemens BeNeLux, such as:

Data and employee lifecycle event management related to internal or external employees (from onboarding to termination);

Management of employee related organizational structure (cost center, org unit, manager);

Travel& Expenses audits and user support;

Front-office HR support to customers (mail & phone).

We are looking for someone with…

University degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related fields; 

Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken) is mandatory; 

Solid MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel and Outlook); 

Workday and SAP knowledge (strong plus); 

Team player, with a strong customer focus, results and quality orientation; 

Reliability, organization, autonomy and strong communication skills; 

Motivation and resilience; 

Flexibility, multitasking and problem solving orientation; 

Capability to work in an Agile environment.
