HR Project Manager (f/m/div)

As HR Project Manager, you will be leading cross-functional and global HR projects in particular with a focus on HR Shared Services, processes, and customer perspectives. You will be part of a determined, global team that drives excellence within People Operations.

In your new role, you will:

• Lead local, regional and global HR projects within HR Shared Services
• Define and drive the respective HR projects plan and objectives
• Be responsible for preparing, monitoring, and coordinating activities in line with the overall project plan, such as pre-requisites, deadlines, deliverables, milestone planning, etc.
• Take part in the execution of assigned complex sub-projects, including preparation, implementation, follow-up, etc.
• Coordinate HR process harmonization, user requirements and changes for systems or reporting in close coordination with other HR functions
• Be a facilitator and a content execution for (global) HR-Info sessions or workshops regarding project rollouts/implementation phases
• Support the project team members and topic experts in Asia, Europe and Americas
• Coordinate all the project milestones, interfaces and interdependencies within the HR organization and the business representatives
• Perform regular reporting regarding project results to Senior Management and project owners
• Identify innovation opportunities, demonstrate an analytic mindset and implement creative solutions

Besides demonstrating a strong customer orientation that allows you to provide a service of excellence, you are a passionate person who is looking forward to working in an international environment.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or similar field of studies
• Experience in leading (HR related) projects, preferably on a global scale
• Experience with HR and Project Management standard processes, tools, and systems, would be preferred
• Experience ideally within Shared Services Organization and/or in an International Environment is a plus
• Good experience with MS Office tools
• Fluency in English (German is a plus)
