The role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely execution of core HR processes in line with global and local policies, labour legislation, and statutory requirements.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nPayroll \u0026 Compliance\n\n * Deliver end\u2011to\u2011end payroll processing, including salary payments, tax and social security compliance, reconciliations, bonuses, overtime, and statutory reporting.\n\n\n\nEmployee Lifecycle Management\n\n * Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts, remote working agreements, document control, final settlements, and equipment return.\n\n\n\nTime, Attendance \u0026 Leave\n\n * Administer time and attendance, absence management, and annual leave planning in compliance with company policies and labour regulations.\n\n\n\nBenefits \u0026 Rewards Administration\n\n * Operate and administer employee benefits, including mobile plans, meal cards, fuel cards, company vehicles, pension plans, and other local benefits.\n\n\n\nOccupational Health \u0026 Wellbeing\n\n * Coordinate occupational health activities, including medical appointment scheduling and fitness\u2011for\u2011work certification tracking.\n\n\n\nOutsourcing \u0026 External Workforce Management\n\n * Maintain and manage HR information related to outsourced workers and service providers.\n\n\n\nReporting \u0026 HR Systems\n\n * Produce official and management HR reports, maintain data accuracy, and execute HR transactions using global and local HR systems.\n\n\n\nAskHR Support \u0026 Advisory\n\n * Provide guidance to employees and managers on standard HR processes, ensuring consistent application of policies and a high\u2011quality employee experience.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Strong knowledge about HR Process as well as with IT HR Systems \u2013 SF and Meta4\n * Ability to compile and analyse data from multiple sources to generate consolidated insights that address business challenges.\n * Evaluates options and outcomes to support informed, data\u2011driven decision\u2011making.\n * Strong customer\u2011centric mindset, aligning services and solutions with business needs.\n * Manages end\u2011to\u2011end service delivery, driving continuous improvement to ensure service quality and compliance with agreed SLAs.\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
