The role in a nutshell:

This role is responsible for performing administrative work on hiring new employees, gather information for the monthly payroll, check the received monthly input data from the workers and clients/partners, update the data in the payroll sheets, request/check and send the monthly reports to the clients/partners, request/check the monthly pay slips for the workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Swiss Operations manager with daily staffing business duties
  • Gather all the necessary information and in a timely manner from the clients and from employees in order to accomplish the hiring of the new worker.
  • Prepare and maintain employment records such as contracts, amendments and addendums for all employment stages, including hiring, onboarding, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Communicate efficiently and timely with client and employee on employment related queries.
  • Guide employees and clients on the use of Global Unity (recording of time and attendance, submitting expenses, etc.)
  • Organize and manage communication with the employees
  • Recurrent maintenance of employee leaves, absences, and overtime reports
  • Support on daily counseling to employees and on managing employee complaints
  • Support in preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports
  • Support monthly invoicing process by handling input confirmation and output delivery within tight deadlines
  • Acting as backup for the Staff Leasing Recruiter Back Office, including 4-eyes-check and daily business backup
  • Act as a corporate brand ambassador and good steward to the organization
  • What You'll Need :

  • University degree in HR, Economic, Foreign Languages, or similar fields
  • Previous experience in HR, project coordination/management would be a plus
  • Fluent English is a must. Any other foreign languages is an advantage
  • High attention to details and critical thinking;
  • Advanced interpersonal and human-awareness skills;
  • High-level verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Solid organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to keep sensitive information confidential;
  • Willingness to learn and work hard to achieve deadlines and results;
  • Team-player personality, which is reliable, honest and fosters collaboration across teams
