Qualifications
- Software Development: Demonstrated proficiency in software development, with a focus on HR IT solutions.
- ABAP Expertise: Strong command of ABAP programming language for customization and enhancement of SAP systems.
- BTP and CPI Knowledge: Familiarity with Bosch’s Business Technology Platform (BTP) and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) is highly advantageous.
- Educational Background: Degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field, coupled with extensive knowledge in software development.
- Collaborative Mindset: A team player who thrives in an intercultural environment, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Analytical Thinking: Possess a structured and strategic mindset, with a keen ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
- Customer Orientation: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions and exceeding expectations.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken Portuguese and English.
