In this role, you will employ your comprehensive understanding of the HR Systems Landscape, their functionalities, and their interconnections, to support our People Systems & Services (PS&S) team.

As an HR Technology Strategist, you will be pivotal in conducting roadmap analyses, market research, and tool replacement processes, ensuring a detailed technological transformation within the organization.

This is an outstanding opportunity to give to a fast-paced environment at the forefront of the Energy Transition.How you'll make an impactProvide HR technology advisory support, demonstrating a detailed understanding of the HR Systems Landscape, including various applications and their interactions.Conduct roadmap analyses and market research, keeping abreast with current innovations and strategic priorities of the organization.Play a crucial role in tool replacement processes, from proposal development to project management and transition into IT operations.Evaluate strategic tool/process replacements, prepare decision-making reports, maintain project direction, and ensure a smooth handover with a robust operational plan.Offer adhoc support for time-sensitive technical issues and complex application and integration queries.Evaluate the best fit of required HR processes within the HR Systems landscape, focusing on reusing existing systems if they meet business needs in terms of cost and time.What you bringA university degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.Extensive knowledge of HR systems architecture, with an ability to identify issues and potential for optimization.Proven experience as an HR Systems Consultant, preferably in HR IT projects.Proficient in utilizing project management and collaboration tools, including Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of addressing time-sensitive technical issues and complex application queries.Adept at conducting roadmap analyses and market research.Collaborative and proactive communication style, comfortable interacting with various stakeholders.Adaptable to working in diverse and flexible environments.Ability to work primarily in the English language.
