The HRIT Associate provides day-to-day operational support for Bruker’s global HR technology landscape, primarily SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS and related HR applications.

The role focuses on resolving standard incidents and service requests, supporting HR users, maintaining system data and documentation, and assisting with system maintenance, testing and enhancements.

The HRIT Associate works within established procedures and under the guidance of experienced HRIT colleagues. The position provides an opportunity to develop practical experience in HR systems, service management, data quality, testing and continuous improvement.

A key objective is to improve the efficiency of HRIT support by resolving recurring user issues, maintaining accurate documentation and identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and avoidable rework.









Responsibilities






Key Responsibilities

  • Review, classify and resolve standard HRIT incidents, service requests and user questions, ensuring accurate and timely ticket documentation.
  • Collect relevant information and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HRIT Analyst, IT team or external vendor.
  • Perform standard system maintenance, approved access changes, reference-data updates and recurring system checks.
  • Prepare and validate data files, execute approved imports and support data-quality and reconciliation activities.
  • Execute functional and regression testing, document results and defects, and support release-readiness and hypercare activities.
  • Support HR Operations, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Payroll, People Analytics and other HR functions with standard system questions and guidance.
  • Maintain user instructions, knowledge articles, support procedures and system documentation.
  • Identify recurring issues, unnecessary handoffs, repeated manual corrections and opportunities for improved self-service and standardization.
  • Support HRIT projects and enhancements through testing, documentation, action tracking and post-go-live support.








Qualifications






Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Approximately 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR systems support, shared services, IT support, data administration or a related environment.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in HR technology.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work according to established procedures.
  • Good Excel and general digital skills.
  • Strong service orientation and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation and handle confidential employee data.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international, remote or hybrid team.
  • Professional fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.

Preferred

  • Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, iCIMS or another HR application.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, testing, data imports or HR service delivery.
  • Basic understanding of GDPR and HR data privacy requirements.
