In this role, you will report to the Iberia Procurement Manager. As an Iberia Procurement Support Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
Carry out administrative processes and support other tasks related to the procurement and services management of Iberian centers;
Implement and centralize Iberian procurement and negotiation processes;
Analyze the market to identify opportunities and issue tenders to new suppliers, ensuring that proposals meet internal client requirements;
Negotiate and implement methods to optimize the procurement process, always focusing on quality, availability and cost reduction in Portugal and Spain;
Develop and implement supplier procurement strategies;
Support the Iberian Procurement team in identifying suppliers that meet internal client needs;
Manage all information in SAP regarding the creation of new items, price updates and order approvals;
Extract data from the system, analyze information and produce management reports;
Identify opportunities for the process improvement;
Participate and support the project teams to ensure the best suppliers, procurement and delivery times are secured, and that budgets are adhered to;
Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement needs with the company’s objectives;
Clarify and analyze issues raised by internal and external customers.

Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Management and Engineering, Logistics or a related field (preference factor).
One year’s professional experience in auditing, accounting or controlling within a multinational environment (preference factor);
Experience in stock management and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.);
Experience in SAP S/4HANA (preference factor);
Proactive profile, capable of making strategic decisions and Excellent negotiation skills (preference factor);
Fluent Spanish and English speaking and writing ability (preference factor).
