  Signature of a Selection Agreement to manage the last
  phase of Recruitment.
  If at the end of the recruitment you are selected, you will
  sign an Employment Uncertain Term with a foreseeable
  duration of 12 months.
  Employment beyond 2 years will be under a Permanent
  employment relationship.

  team) to benefit from tax exemption. It can be used in different

  from your Total Gross Compensation (excluding meal
  allowance). The applicable Income tax is subject to each
  employee profile (salary amount, number of children, marital
  status, etc.). The Social Security tax is a flat-rate tax of 11%.

About the Role

As a Tele sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting customers with Salt's innovative telecom services. You will excel at:

• Closing Sales: Promote Salt's subscriptions and products to meet customer needs.

• Upselling & Cross-Selling: Present tailored offers to maximize value for customers.

• Customer Interaction: Resolve inquiries, complaints, and ensure a high standard of satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers.

• Address inquiries about Salt's products and services.

• Understand customer requirements and close sales.

• Build lasting relationships by addressing customer needs effectively.

Training Program

• Duration: 10 working days (8 hours/day).

• Schedule: Rotational between 08:30 and 09:30 start times.

• Compensation: €92.80/week (€296.96 for 16 days).

• Conducted in English to prepare you for success.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break.

• Days Off: 2 days/week (rotational, scheduled by shift managers).

• Shifts:

  • Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 19:00

  • Saturday: 08:00 - 17:00

Relocation Details

Our relocation package makes your transition to Lisbon seamless:

• Live in a fully equipped, shared company apartment for at least 14 months.
