What you´ll do:
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Scout, evaluate, and negotiate with influencers across different platforms.
- Handle contracts, cost management, and internal approval flows.
- Collaborate closely with creative, legal, and global teams to align on messaging and campaign strategy.
- Track performance, collect insights, and help evolve the influencer program.
Who we´re looking for:
- You have experience working in the Brazilian market in digital marketing/ strategic marketing/business development/influencer marketing.
- You have completed your studies (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant course.
- You have the internal drive to make a difference and give everything to make it happen.
- You are number-driven and have a very good analytical understanding.
- You have an independent, self-reliant, and structured way of working.
- You love to tackle things yourself, roll up your sleeves, and take things on the road independently.
- You are communicative, self-confident, and have no problem approaching others openly.
- You constantly strive for personal development.
- You are fluent in English and Portuguese.
