We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to join our team in Leiria. This role is for professionals with a background in web services and insurance management. As an Insurance Manager, you will oversee the implementation and management of insurance services within our web platform. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operation and superior customer satisfaction. Purpose of the Role

As an Insurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of insurance services, assisting clients with their queries, and managing insurance products within the web environment. Your role will involve managing a team, liaising with clients, and optimizing insurance services in a fast-paced, ever-evolving sector.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Native French speaker with advanced (B2) English communication skills.
• Experience:
  • Prior experience (minimum 2-3 years) in insurance management, preferably within web services or a similar technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry and web services integration.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and resolving complex issues.
• Skills:
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to solve problems effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and work under pressure.

Work Schedule

• Work Model: Hybrid, based in Leiria.
• Work Hours: Full-time (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
