International Finnish-Speaking Customer Support – Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid)

Your Responsibilities

• Multichannel Support: Assist Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Problem Solving: Resolve product-related inquiries, manage orders, and handle general customer questions with a solution-oriented approach.
• Customer Satisfaction: Handle complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to solve complex cases and ensure a seamless service experience.
• System Management: Keep internal customer records and databases up to date.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or fluent Finnish (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, team-player attitude.
• Mindset: Customer-focused with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
