For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or having worked on IT projects in Financial institutions (must have);

Professional/Academic knowledge in Economics/Finance/Risk;

Ability to gather user requirements, conduct requirements analysis, and produce clear functional specifications;

Proficiency in designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes in alignment with best practices and evolving business needs;

Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment,

Understanding of SQL (nice to have);

Fluency in English (B2 Level or above) is a must have;

Fluency in French (B2 Level or above) is a nice to have;

Availability for work in a hybrid regime, 2x/week, in Porto (based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
