IT Operations Analyst

We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets. This is a 24/7 IT Support position for on-premises systems (Linux, Windows) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure), including applications and infrastructure management (VMware, vCenter).

• At least 2 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or a similar role;

• Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles (e.g., ITIL);

• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Datadog, Splunk);

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus;

• Proficiency with Windows and Linux environments;

• Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) are an advantage;

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure;
• Medium english level.
