Production Incident Management

• Support for warnings/alerts (PRTG/IBM);
• Review of error jobs (MSGW);
• Resolution of technical incidents;
• Participation in maintaining operational condition (24/7).

IBM i Performance Management

• Identification of optimization levers;
• Carrying out optimization actions.

Client Architecture and Solutions

• Participation in the definition of implementations of customer solutions;
• Optimization of customer solutions.

Governance

• Participation in technical committees with suppliers;
• Participation in weekly team meetings;
• Daily reporting to the Team Leader.

• Fluent spoken and written French;
• Very good technical knowledge of IBMi/AS400 environments;
• Proven experience in IT production implementing IBM i/AS400 environments;
• Perfect command of IBM i commands;
• Ability to analyze system logs and histories;
• Proficiency in job management;
• Proven experience in system resource management;
• Perfect command of SQL IBM I;
• Proficiency in the daily administration of an IBM i (subsystems, memory pools, spools, etc.);
• Strong sensitivity to securing environments (rights, on objects, profiles, authorization, lists, group profiles, etc);
• Knowledge of IBM MQ;
• Fluent spoken and written English;
• Knowledge of Supply Chain and EDI professions.
