IT Project Manager - Managed Services | Lisboa

  Lead and manage IT Managed Services projects and service engagements from initiation through delivery and transition to steady‑state operations
  
  


• 
  
  Act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  
  


• 
  
  Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, budget, and quality, ensuring delivery aligned with agreed SLAs, KPIs, and service expectations
  
  


• 
  
  Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including technical teams, operations, vendors, and internal stakeholdersIdentify, assess, and mitigate project and operational risks, escalating issues and proposing solutions when required
  
  


• 
  
  Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, performance, and value delivered to clients
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure proper governance, documentation, reporting, and adherence to EY methodologies and client requirements
  
  


• 
  
  Support service transitions, onboarding of new clients or services, and change management activities within a Managed Services contextPrepare and present regular project status reports, service updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field


• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT Services, Managed Services, or Service Delivery environments


• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies


• Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams in international or matrix environments


• Good understanding of service delivery models, SLAs, KPIs, and operational governance


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Nice to Have

• Project Management certification


• Experience working with global clients and distributed teams


• Background in IT Operations, Application Support, Infrastructure, or Cloud-based services


• Knowledge of ITIL or service management frameworks
