IT Recruiter

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields;


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment;


• Experience with social media and recruitment platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn;


• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying needs to integrating new hires;


• Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage applications and maintain an up-to-date and organized talent database;


• Ability to work independently, with a strong focus on results and meeting recruitment KPIs;


• Experience in participating in and organizing networking events and job fairs, promoting the company and attracting new talent;


• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and negotiation ability;


• Good time management, organizational, and task prioritization skills in dynamic environments;


• Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to handle rapid changes and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously;


• Solid knowledge of English (written and spoken).
