For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification, with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in areas including but not limited to IT Risk Management, IT Audit and/or IT Security

Strong knowledge of IT Risk Management and practical exposure

Knowledge of Information Systems in the Banking industry

Knowledge of Cyber Security and Fraud

Knowledge of Data Governance and Protection

Familiarity with the IT System Development Life Cycle process and methodology

Strong interpersonal, analytical and data analysis skills

Knowledge of the ServiceNow GRC tool

Risk Management certification (e.g., ISO 31000, ISACA CRISC, etc.)

Project Management skills

High regard for confidentiality and integrity of all confidential information

Familiarity with regulatory requirements, concepts, trends and technologies

Adaptability to handle specific management requests

Fluency in English (B2)

Availability for hybrid work, 2-3 times a week, based in Lisbon (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
