IT Service Operation Specialist

Our IT team will be expanding again from June 2026. We are currently looking for an IT Service Operations Specialist for our new office in Lisbon.

Your tasks

Your profile

• You have strong communication skills in written and spoken English and German

• You hold a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience

• You have initial experience in handling IT support and service request tickets, ideally in a manufacturing environment using MS365 (we use ServiceNow)

• You have good knowledge of Microsoft data center and client management services

• You are willing and able to travel occasionally
