Right now, we are looking for an IT Support Technician for a client on our Talent Team.
Your responsibilities include:
Provide first - and second -line technical support to end users, both remotely and on -site;
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and user -access issues;
Support and maintain Windows, Linux, and macOS environments;
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment;
Perform PC maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and replacement activities;
Support users with Microsoft 365 applications, accounts, and collaboration tools;
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and basic administration activities in Active Directory;
Assist with network troubleshooting, including connectivity, Wi -Fi, VPN, and printer -related issues;
Register, prioritize, track, and resolve support requests through the Helpdesk process;
Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams while ensuring clear communication with users;
Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, equipment, and support procedures;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT support services and user experience.
You must have:
Technical education or training in Information Technologies, Computer Systems, or a related field;
Previous professional experience as a Field Support Technician, Helpdesk Technician, or IT Support Technician;
Experience providing technical support to end users;
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting;
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems;
Experience with microcomputer support, PC maintenance, and hardware repair;
Basic knowledge of Active Directory administration;
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Office applications;
Strong problem -solving and communication skills;
Customer -oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively;
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
