ENDIPREV is part of a Muehlhan group, a global leader in engineering and technical services for the energy sector. As a key player in this group, our IT team ensures efficient and secure technology operations across multiple countries, supporting users and maintaining critical IT infrastructure.

ROLE AND LOCATION


We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Support team in Mortágua. The successful candidate will provide technical support to users across different locations (globally), manage IT tickets, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s technology systems and tools. 


 


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES



  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets from all users in Muehlhan Group;

  • Provide technical support to international users for hardware, software, and network-related issues;

  • Maintain and configure IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices);

  • Administer and support Windows systems, Microsoft 365, VPNs, and enterprise applications;

  • Collaborate with international teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues;

  • Assist in optimizing IT support processes to improve efficiency and service quality.


 


REQUIRES SKILLS



  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT support and ticket resolution;

  • Experience working with ticketing platforms such as Freshdesk, bolddesk, ServiceNow, or Zendesk;

  • Strong knowledge of hardware and software support, including Windows, Microsoft 365, and network troubleshooting;

  • English, B1 level spoken and written required. Fluency is a plus.

  • French is a strong advantage (not mandatory but highly preferred);

  • Ability to work in an international environment, supporting users across multiple locations;

  • Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and excellent communication abilities.
