Descrição do Emprego - IT Technical Manager

We are seeking an IT Technical Manager to join our team and drive the efficient execution of our digital product initiatives. In this role, you will act as a crucial link between strategic vision and operational delivery, ensuring that cross-functional teams are aligned to achieve impactful project outcomes. By overseeing planning, optimizing processes, and coordinating teams, you will empower leadership to focus on strategic growth while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Project Coordination

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable development plans.
Act as the primary point of contact between leadership, product owners, and the development team.
Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables to align with business goals.

Workflow and Process Management

Implement and refine structured workflows to enhance development efficiency and reduce delivery timelines.
Oversee backlog management and prioritization to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to optimize operational workflows.

Team Alignment and Communication

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and alignment on project objectives.
Facilitate clear communication between leadership, product managers, and technical teams.
Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

Monitor key metrics to evaluate project performance and impact.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and iterative development practices.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Must-have:

Proven experience coordinating between technical teams and leadership.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and project management frameworks.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Linear.
Proficiency in full-stack development, namely in solutions built with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

Nice-to-have:

Ability to anticipate project challenges and proactively develop contingency plans.
Experience in industries such as e-commerce, fashion, or supply chain management is an advantage.
Proficiency in analyzing metrics and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
