At NIMBER, we work with organisations that need clarity, control and execution in complex technology environments. We are looking for a consultant who can take ownership of the full lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and ICT Services contracts, ensuring that critical and relevant suppliers are managed with the right level of governance, compliance and business focus.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong contract management experience with financial discipline, regulatory awareness and the ability to work closely with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of IT Infrastructure and ICT Services contracts, ensuring regulatory, financial, contractual and operational compliance across critical and relevant suppliers.

This includes, in particular:

  • Managing IT and ICT services contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements, including DORA, outsourcing obligations, third-party risk management and Compliance requirements.
  • Supporting the governance of critical and relevant suppliers, ensuring that operational, financial and contractual controls are in place.
  • Preparing executive-level documentation, financial opinions and decision support materials for approval.
  • Supporting budget control, financial monitoring and investment decision processes.
  • Preparing business cases, investment proposals and supporting documentation.
  • Supporting contractual negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring evidence and documentation are available for internal and external audits.
  • Working closely with Risk and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and operational risk requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong sense of ownership, proactivity and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • High level of organisation, attention to detail and autonomy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Relevant experience in the following areas:
  • IT Contract Management
  • Financial Management and Budget Control
  • Business case development and investment proposals
  • Contractual negotiation
  • ICT outsourcing
  • Supplier and vendor management
  • DORA Regulation
  • Operational Risk Management
  • Internal and external audit evidence management
  • Communication with Risk and Compliance teams

Nice to Have

Additional experience in the following areas will be valued:

  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure environments
  • Executive communication
  • Experience in the banking sector
