About the Position

Join a dynamic international team in Lisbon as a Customer Service professional, providing support to customers while using your Italian and English language skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced international environment, assisting customers and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Italian and English.
• Assist customers with their questions, requests, and concerns.
• Deliver accurate and efficient solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service.

• Follow established procedures and service standards.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Adapt to a dynamic working environment and changing customer needs.

Working Schedule

Initial schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Two shifts: 07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00.

Future schedule:

• 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday.
• Two rotational days off.
• Schedule to be confirmed.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in Italian and English.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment, preferably within an advertising technology or digital marketing environment.
• Familiarity with social media products and platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
