• Guide & Support: Deliver empathetic, multi-market customer care across Italian and English channels.

• Master Complex Products: Absorb and stay updated on diabetes care technologies and safety guidelines.
• Ensure Excellence: Accurately document cases and maintain top-tier service standards in a dynamic environment.

• Languages: C1+ proficiency in both Italian and English (written and verbal).
• Location: Readiness to work fully on-site in Porto, Portugal.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts (including occasional night shifts from 22:00 to 07:00).
