What You'll Do

• Connect & Assist: Act as the first point of contact for Italian customers across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve Inquiries: Deliver clear, empathetic, and effective solutions to user requests in a timely manner.
• Document & Collaborate: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and work closely with internal teams to ensure top satisfaction.
• Maintain Excellence: Consistently deliver service that reflects high standards of quality and care.

What You Bring

• Languages: Native or high fluency in Italian, alongside solid working English (B2+).
• Location: Readiness to work fully on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Flexibility: Availability for weekday rotational shifts (07:30 AM – 20:00 PM).
• Skills: Excellent active listening, strong problem-solving abilities, and high customer empathy.
