Italian Call Center Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite)

Contract: Full-Time | Temporary (Renewable) | 1-Month Trial Period

Your Role

Step into the front lines of customer satisfaction! As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you'll represent a fast-growing European hospitality brand, providing top-notch service to incoming guests and customers. Your mission? Convert interest into bookings, build loyalty, and deliver a seamless customer experience—all while working in a vibrant international environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from Italian-speaking customers
• Assist with reservations, availability, promotions, and room details
• Offer tailored recommendations to boost bookings and guest satisfaction
• Support the sales team by upselling additional services when relevant
• Keep guest records updated in CRM tools and follow procedures precisely
• Collaborate with a multicultural team to meet and exceed KPIs

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary: €1,250.00 gross/month
