Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver high-quality assistance with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), 07:30 20:00 (rotational shifts)

• Weekends off

Profile Requirements:

• Italian (C1) and English (B1+)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: 1,000 euros (x14 months)

• Performance bonus: 100 euros (x11 months)

• Daily meal allowance of 7,63 euros

• Monthly transport allowance of 20 euros

• Estimated total monthly compensation: ~1,214 euros

  • This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary, the performance bonus, daily meal allowance (calculated for ~22 working days), and transport allowance.
